Hi, I am in the process of researching my family tree. From my search so far my ancestors on my father's side were heavily into farming around the WHITTLESEY area. The surname is HART. I have managed to trace them back to a marriage in 1752 between a RICHARD HART and a MARY WING. If there is anybody living in the area, who could give me any background info, such as names of fams they worked on etc, i would love to get in contact. Thanks for your time, Regards, |

We lost touch and I would love to hear from him again to see how he is and what he's doing now. He lived at Stonald Road, Whittlesey and will be in his early 40 's now. If you can put me in touch I would be very grateful. |

I am trying to contact any members of the Oldfiled family who appear to come from Whittlesey and in the Delph area. My grandmother, Mary Martha Oldfield was born in 1879 and had a brother John and twin siblings Lucy and William and an older brother John born in about 1879. Other children were Ellen, Robert and George. Their parents were William and Ellen Oldfield and they moved to London by the 1901 census. They come from a familly of thatchers. I am visiting Whittlesey on 3rd April 2008 to continue my family history so if anyone reads this email who may be related to me and would like to meet please contact me. |
